Asian Street Food Masterclasses with “Tiger Dan”

Our Jai Dee Asian street food offer is one of the strongest parts of the SGF family.
Jai Dee means kind heart — and that spirit runs through everything Dan does.

Dan is an exceptional chef and a genuinely lovely human being. The masterclasses are practical, energetic, and great fun, focusing on bold, accessible Asian street food done properly.

Each day finishes with a wine-paired dinner, where guests enjoy the dishes they’ve been learning to cook, matched with wines selected by Charley from our family arm, HiddenWines.co.uk — featuring distinctive bottles from lesser-known regions around the world, including the Far East.

Leaders of Tomorrow – with Sean Battles

A 12–26 week programme, by invitation and selection only.

This course is designed to help shape the next generation of hospitality leaders. It is free, demanding, and requires real commitment — including homework.

The early modules focus on the individual:
self-awareness, responsibility, pride, and personal grounding. Only once these foundations are successfully navigated do participants progress to the wider leadership and operational modules.

We believe growth only works when seeds are planted in fertile ground.
